I guess I'm in the minority but I think Cameron looks pretty damn good for 43 and not being all dolled up.

She's normally a very natural woman. Never does the made up look unless she's doing an event. And I love that about her.

I don't know, I know a lot of 43 year old- non celebs- who look a lot better- with no make up on either.
Personally I just think she looks older than her age.
Nothing wrong with that- it's the luck of the genetic dice.
I feel like I'd peg her as late 40s

like any of us, when the sun hits us in a certain way...we all look like her. I don't think it's the best shot but she/they look like avg ladies out for the day

I think Cameron looks good, not plastic as the rest of Hollywood. I sure hope they are on their way to get manicures. I would not leave the house with my nails looking like Nicole Richie's and I'm sure she has better access to stylists and more money for it than I do!!!! In fact, I don't think I'd leave the house with my hair like that but I just don't like very flat hair. And the worn shoes. I keep noticing more. HELP!!!

I don't think Cameron looks good but then again I don't think she is aging so well. The last few years there have been very few times where I saw a pic of her and thought she looked good.
I do think it is funny to think of these 2 married to twins when they look about 20 years apart in age.
