TMZ was in L.A. County Superior Courtroom moments ago, where a pregnant Nicole Richie faced the music for her wrong-way DUI bust in December -- her second DUI conviction in 4 years.
A court commissioner sentenced Richie to serve four days in the City or County Jail (her choice!) -- she got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being busted.
Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and on three years probation.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter. That's because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she'd be nailed for murder.
The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.

Am I the only one who thinks it's completely wrong that all she got was 4 days???
The girl got busted twice, why is she only getting 4 days and a stern warning???
Boy it does pay to be rich and famous, you really CAN get away with anything.

Paris had a suspended license. I dont know if Nicole did - different charge.

yahoo is saying it was part of a plea bargain. I don't know if Paris pled guilty or if her case went further than that.

Paris had a suspended license. I dont know if Nicole did - different charge.
Paris violated probation- which is a higher charge
Paris was not given jail time orginally
I am curious to see what Lindsay gets- she crashed and had drugs on her both times- so she is by far in the most serious trouble

glad she got jail time. it's time these celebs (or should I say celeb wannabees) get punished just like the rest of the criminals.
LL will def get jail time. I am going to bet she gets no less than 30 days

ok, i'll say it...i love her whole outfit! 
not that i dont care about what the thread is actually about, but i'm just sick of the whole "celebutants getting busted" thing. first paris, now nicole, soon lindsay. little girls that look up to them might think its cool! when in reality its disgusting.
