night sweats?
The last 2 nights I have woke up in a horrible night sweat. Is it the bfing? Is this normal? I am still engorged on the left, but I don't think its infected..it looks better. I don't have a temp either, just these sweats.

Re: night sweats?
OMG this is completely normal! I used to wake up with the whole bed absolutely soaked through with BM and sweat. It was amazingly horrible! It did end, probably at around 4/5 weeks...

Re: night sweats?
Completely normal my dear I swore I was going through early menopause One day, it just went away, never to return It will for you, too. Until then, you'll probably soak through everything, sorry to say.

Re: night sweats?
This is normal. I have heard that it has to do w/ the hormone levels adjusting PP.

Re: night sweats?
Janice as you can see its normal...I don't think I experienced this because my DH turns the heat off in our room and sleeps with the fan on...I'm usually freezing to death!!!

Re: night sweats?
thanks! I can't believe how drenched I wake up. postpartum is super sexy. new stretch marks, taped up incision, my boobs are constantly out with pumping rings around them, swollen feet, and add in sweatbag.

Re: night sweats?
I was extremely sweaty in the beginning too. I thought it was just because we had the heat cranked when we first brought Lily home. It has been better lately.

Re: night sweats?
I'll never forget all the night of being so incredibly hot that I swore I was going to suffocate. It will end when your hormones adjust.

Re: night sweats?
Yup, totally normal, your body is getting rid of all that fluid you had during your pregnancy...
