Night Sweats? why do we get these?

I don't remember having this last time... I'm sure it's normal, but does anyone know why? just hormonal thing?

I keep wearing less and less to bed, but no such luck.

I thought it was just me and that my DH was keeping the room too hot! I now sleep naked and still wake up in a puddle. not sure why but youre not alone

I don't know - I feel hot as hell all the time! And I was the total opposite before!

You are definitely not alone....I wake up most nights completely drenched around my neck. I guess it's just the hormones....but I'll take it if it's the worst part! Lol

Yes!!! They are terrible. We keep the heat around 62- 65 when we sleep and i still wake up in a pool around my butt.

same here..I thought it was bc we turned up the heat for LO but I wake up in sweats and I have no blankets on me....so weird

my solution to that was keeping the window wide open and putting in a window fan....poor dh is sleeping in a 30 degree bedroom but i'm no longer sweating
