Night Wakings...15month old
For the past two weeks about 5 out of 7 nights Jack has been waking up about 10pm and freaking out...like crying like he is mad and angry. And he will no longer go to bed for DH. DH is in charge of bath and bedtime and up until last week you would tell Jack "It's time for bed." and he would get his blanket, wave bye bye and say night-night and go right to sleep. Now he acts like there are alligators living in his crib and screams and squirms when he knows he is getting put in his crib.
Anyone else have this problem at this age? Jack has always been a pretty decent sleeper and I'm getting very frustrated.
Also, he is not teething since he already has all 4 molars in.
TIA!

Yes and I think it's common at this age. We ended up resorting to CIO in order to stop it. It was the only time that Gabriella ever refused to sleep. By night 2 (as painful as it was for us) it was over. The first time she screamed for about 25 minutes.
I think it's separation anxiety.

Last night it went on for 30 minutes and I went in. I need to just let him CIO since that has worked before.

Yes MArissa was doing good for quite sometime but now she wakes up in the middle of the nite and refuses to go back to sleep in her bed she wants out and wants my to lay with me. I am going to try the CIO once my MIL leaves cuz she is sleeping in the room with the baby and won't allow this
