Nike+ & My first workout
So my new nike sneakers and nike+ came in today. A simple hook up to the nano and I was off and running for the first time in years. I ran .25 mile and power walked 3/4 of a mile.
About the nike+, its a great feature to keep tabs on how far you run, how fast your going, calories burned and plus you listening to your favorite tunes...
I been lazy lately but now i'm trying to be more active.
