Reno and Vegas are members of Suffolk County Unleashed!
I hope you visit our park at Middle Island in October-- it will be the largest dog park in New York-- we have just added more features to the park posted in the progress section of our site---
Hope to see you and the pups on opening day!

It opened last Friday.
The dog park is located on the Activity Field north of the campground in the southern section of the park. The entrance to the park is on Veterans Memorial Hwy., opposite the H. Lee Dennison Building on the north side of the highway. From the West, the park is about 1 mile from the end of the Northern State Parkway. From the East, the park is about ½ mile from the merge between 347 and Veterans Hwy.
Oh, I thought it said it was going to be east of the old Kmart in Middle Island. Or is that another park?

The new dog park in Middle Island is coming in October--we haven't a date yet as the parks dept is waiting for the bids to come in on the fencing-all details are posted on the site at www.suffolkcountyunleashed.com
