Nintendo Wii?
Ok, I know nothing about this but Im getting it for SO for hanukkah. I just checked a few places online and it looks like every place is sold out. Does anyone know where I can get it or is this going to not be happening this year?

wiis are hard to find...i would try calling some local gamestops in your area.
They will laugh at you but you can tell them in advance that you know they might be OOS
Ebay prices are not overflated like they once were... If you pay an extra 50-60 + shipping, you can probally score one..
edit to add that the Wii has been pretty much been sold out since day 1 (last year)
you can buy a bundle but most of them are big bundles, (6 games)

We got ours a few months ago at Costco.
Im not sure if they carry them all the time.......but its worth a trip. And we had called EVERY Game Stop, Toys R Us and Best Buy possible and nothing.
Costco had just received a pallet.........so we had a chance. LOL

You just have to keep calling stores and asking when they are getting more in. That's what I did for about a month and we finally got ours in June. Good luck!

My son got his in the summer and we got it at Target, not sure if they still do but at that time they said they get their delivery's on Sundays and thats when we went and we did get it. Good Luck.

we got ours from gamestop.... maybe check toys r us? they are having a good promotion for super mario galaxy ($50 game, but get a $25 gift card even though its super popular and selling out anyway)
check there?

We got ours at FYE. They get shipments a few times a week, so when we bought ours it wasn't sold out. I would call before you go and find out when they get a shipment!

I got mine at BJ's. I think Toys R Us has some. Call around the stores will usually be able to tell you when they're getting them in. I LOVE the Wii! 
BTW: Between Nov 18-21 Toys R Us has a deal that if you buy 2 Wii games you get the 3rd one free!

my sisters and i went to toys r us in westbury today and they had a bunch! we were planning on going around to all the local toy and gaming stores to search for one but hit the jackpot the first place we checked!!!!

I just bought one at Toys R us for my niece. I called during the week and they told me they would have them that Sunday. I got to the store at 7:30am and waited on-line for about 15 minutes. A lady came out with vouchers (one per customer). I was number 14 on-line and she had 30 to give out. I was last on-line. I went back at 11am and bought it.
My DH has one also, and we did the same thing, but at Circut City.
This is what you really need to do. It is pretty easy, you just have to get up early and be prepared to stand in the cold.
