No kids Happy Hour 4/21-VOTE ON PLACES!
We are heading out to Happy Hour next Monday (without the kids!!) and are looking where to go. The plan is a place along the LIRR, where we can find a place to sit that won't be crazy crowded. Who is in for this? If you vote on a town, can you please suggest a place (or places) to go?
Please vote only if you plan on going, or hope to go.
I'd appreciate if someone can continue to bump this thread as I am going OOT through Tuesday.  On Tuesday night or Wednesday I will post where we are going.

Hey Kelly,
I'm being selfish, but the only way I would be able to go is if it was in Hicksville b/c MIL watches DD & lives there. I'd only be able to stop in for an hour or so. I just looked again at the choices...I could do bethpage too

Wantagh is a great idea but I dont know if it's gonna work for your train idea. You'd have to go out of a South track line in order to get there..(unless you switched trains is Jamaica but then it would take you over 2 hours to get there)

Wait, how? I used to get a local from Penn or Jamaica on the babylon line that went through Wantagh? I am confused....
Here is the schedule for that day...
Leaves Penn at 4:54 PM transfer in Jamaica at 5:16 PM, arrives in Wantagh 5:49 PM
Direct to Wantagh
Leaves Penn at 4:57 PM Arrives in Wantagh at 5:42 PM
Direct to Wantagh
5:19 PM from Penn...arrives at 6:06 PM
Leaves Penn at 5:23 PM Arrives in Wantagh at 6:15 PM Transfer in Jamaica at 5:44 PM
Direct to Wantagh
Leaves Penn at 5:40 PM Arrives in Wantagh at 6:27 PM

I think that leads us back to places along the Ronkonkoma or Huntington Lines...
Unless we can talk Jeaninne (LastChance1222) into going and we could maybe take the train from out of Patchogue together...
