No real weight gain in 1st trimester with 2nd/3rd baby?
So I want to preface this by saying believe me im not complaining lol it's just that I gained 50lbs with both of my girls and although that was not ideal and I wasn't happy about it .....but I just figured that's what my pregnancies are like ....big weight gain ....especially since I didn't really eat horribly with those pregnancies and still gained a lot
So my question is I'm now 13wks and only up maybe a lb or 2 is this ok? Especially since its my 3rd baby? Did this happen to any of u? Thank u in advance

Yes this happen to me with this pregnancy #2 and I'm now 19 weeks and only up 11-12 lbs ! However I did have 10 still lingering from #1

i am 32w1d and up 4 lbs!  as long as you are drinking and getting calories in, you are fine! As things progress, as long as the baby is measuring OK, weight gain doesn't matter!
Try as I may, I am just not gaining. Haven't gained in about 6 weeks.

This is my first so I can't compare but I am currently 15 weeks and I am down 5lbs.... I eat healthy and don't starve myself so I feel that I am fine....Based on my first appointment I am down .1lbs, so to the doctor I have not lost a lot....

It's quite normal not to gain in the first trimester. The baby is still so tiny and your body is working overtime to produce extra blood and grow another human - which burns more calories than before you were pregnant. Plus, most people have either MS or nausea so they tend to eat less in the beginning, keeping weight gain at bay.

I'm 9 weeks.. this time first pregnancy I was up about 13 pounds.. this pregnancy I'm up about 3! I lost some weight in the first trimester and I think that set me back but I eat a TON and I'm not packing on the pounds, it's almost like a dream world

I wouldn't worry. I'm just about 39 weeks with #2 and just broke the 15lb weight gain mark. I'm average size to begin with; but, my dr was not concerned at all because I gained consistently throughout my entire pg. baby has always measured okay too. :)
