Non stop crying

Help! Charlie started last night and won't stop. He woke up hysterical after about an hour and it took a good hour to get him to stop. Then he woke up every hour. I'd put the paci in his mouth and he went back to sleep. This morning he is a nightmare! Nothing is making him happy. I still don't feel any bumps on his gums and he's not drooling. Could it still be a sign of teething?

Re: Non stop crying

It could be. But if he is truly unconsolable I would call the dr. maybe he has an ear infection. Are you seeing any signs- tugging etc?

I agree.

Matthew woke up lats night at 11 pm HYSTERICAL, but I know it is teething. I think his top teeth are coming in now, because he had his thumb poking around there

Re: Non stop crying

I would definitely go to the doc to rule out an ear infection but after that I would say teething..my DD was very upset for her first two teeth but since then we havent had any problems.

Re: Non stop crying

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but before last night, for three nights, he was whimpering in his sleep like he was having a bad dream. He's done this since birth, but it was three nights in a row. I felt so bad. I held him, changed his position and he continued.
