Normal LP
How many days does a normal LP last? Last month it was 12 days and based on how I am feeling today I think AF is coming tomorrow. That makes this months LP 12 also. Just wondering.

I think they say on average it is 14...Mine is basically 13 or 14

I think I read that a normal LP lasts is 12 - 16 days. So anything falling in that range is normal. And that each person is pretty consistent each month - meaning your LP doesn't usually change from month to month.

My LP would last 12-14 days depending on the month-I was diagnosed with a luteal phase defecty. My first clues were spotting before my period and low temps after O. Do you temp? I temped for about 6 months and it gave me a lot of info. Ends up my suspicions were confirmed when I got an endo biopsy and had my follicles measured on a natural cycle. I was put on Clomid and it greatly imrpooved my O.
