North face winter coat
So I'm thinking of investing in a North Face coat this year. After the winter we had last year I figure it's worth it. Do you ladies feel it's warm? Worth the money? Which coat do you have?? I'm always cold and every coat I get never seems to be warm enough. It's so frustrating. It's definitely time for a change. Always hear good things about north face.

North face winter coat
I absolutely love mine! I have it 4 years now and its the best money i ever spent! Its the long one to the knee. Its the warmest most comfortable coat i have ever owned. I get cold easily and i can honestly say i have nevee felt cold in this jacket. I have never had to buy a new one evee year either.
I highly recommend it! I love mine and would ded buy another one.
I also have their fleece jacket which i love for inbetween.

My first north face lasted me 8 years before I bought a new one! I love it and it definitely keeps me super warm! I have one with a shell and an insert and have used them together and separately.

I just have the regular fleece and that thing keeps me warm! Definitely worth the investment.

North face winter coat
Beyond good and well-made. It lasted me like 7 years and I went and got another one last year. I don't regret it at all. Light, comfy and easy to drive in.

I have 2 and am looking into another one. Mine are about 6 years old each and still look brand new. Worth the investment.
I have the Denali Jacket and the Metropolis Down Parker.

Love their coats.
I have a fleece and I have an apex -- which is fleeced on the inside but like a ski jacket almost water resistant feel on the outside.
Both are super warm.
Both are great quality - I have had them for years.
I like them because I can wash them in the regular wash.
The fleece gets a little "lint catchy" -- so, I would not recommend the black fleece unless you don't mind roller-brushing it daily.
I would do a charcoal fleece because it shows a lot less -- or maybe a navy? They have tons of colors.
The APEX I have is black. Love it. No worries about lint because of the outer material.
They have a million styles - my sister has one with a belt.
They are ALL FAB!

I have 3 of them. The one I had have for 4 years, my first one, is absolutely not as warm as it was. It's almost flat in some spots. My husband thinks it would have lasted longer if I hadn't cleaned it too often. I can't say that's bad for the life of a jacket, just that it didn't last as long as some other people's did. I did not wear it every day. The one I bought last season is a traditional ski jacket but it has fake fur inside. I think it may be reversible to that side but that wouldn't be my style at all. I love that one. I feel that I get my money's worth from them b/c I usually find something I don't like about a jacket and then I don't even save it for the next season. I just found a down jacket I bought a few years ago from Eddie Bauer and it looks brand new, and was warm enough for the icy rain in the city the past few days, so that may be an option if you are looking at other brands. And I like what I see at LLBean this year.

I have the Denali jacket, and it keeps me warm. I just ordered a new one since my old one is too small and won't zip up. Even like that, I am generally okay. I don't know if I'm the best person to gauge from though...I don't generally get cold as quickly as other people do.
