North Fork Traffic Today
Anyone know how it is? DH and I are thinking of taking a drive.

Not sure, did you check Metro Traffic and Weather channel?
It's not bad from Rocky Point to Riverhead...beyond that I can't help ya.

Just saw the traffic report on Metro Traffic and Weather, smooth sailing all the way to Montauk and Orient Point.

I could believe it, the big traffic usually happens earlier in the day and since it's the end of the 3 day weekend I would assume there's more traffic going back west than heading out east.

I live on the North fork and we've only gone out locally but traffic doesn't seem THAT bad---it's def. summer traffic, but so far not much worse. Heading westbound tonight though, I can't make any promises....
