north shore vent!!-update they finally called
I called this morning at 8am to let them know about my bleeding. The IVF nurse said she was going to talk to the dr and call me "right" back. Well its 1:30 and NO ONE has called. I called them back an hour ago and got another secretary who said she will talk to the IVF nurse to call me.
How fusturating!! I don't know what to do and I am bleeding more.
I am feeling so fusturated. I wish I could find a way to get some answers.

UPDATE:
well she just called...6 hours later.
So I am just supposed to keep taking my progesterone and wait till next monday and take my beta as scheduled.
I am not sure why they wouldn't want to see me any sooner????

I have been in those exact shoes. As sad as it is, I dont think there is anything that they can do if it is AF, and if its not spotting can be normal.
But this is my biggest gripe with NSUH. And they do not use email, I once did and although he replied, told me they dont use email.
Alot of places do, but an equal number of places do not because of liability.

I'm glad they finally called. It's totally unacceptable for them to wait so long to call you back.
Is the bleeding heavy? I'm praying it's implantation bleeding.

I would call back and insist on coming in asap! That's totally ridiculous. At least they could do is see you and make sure you are ok!!

Question: Do you have to talk directly with the IVF nurse?
When I had my bleeding before I was scheduled to go for my pregnancy test, I called my doctor's assistant directly to make an appt.
Praying that this is implanation spotting!!

Every time I call NSUH, they ask if I am an IVF patient. When I say yes, they transfer me to the same nurse.
I didn't think to go in sooner for an apt. I might see if I can make it for the day I have my pg test. I just don't want to have to wait to get in to see them.

I would call and make an appt with anyone who answers if they ask you if you are an ivf patient say no and make an appt with your dr. It's not up to these secretaries wheter you can see your dr or not.
