Northeast Winter resort destination w/ snow tubing
Does anyone know of a kid friendly resort? Aside from Split Rock, Woodloch, Rocking Horse Ranch, Sky Top, Fernwood, and Smuggler's notch.

Malibu Dude Ranch (much less $$ than Rocking horse). The place is a little outdated but it's fun!

Thanks, but I'm not a fan of outdated. I should have put that in my post

There's tubing at Mountain Creek and nice new resort hotels nearby.

Re: Northeast Winter resort destination w/ snow tubing
We were going to book Crystal Springs, which is up by Mountain Creek, but it's very expensive. we wound up renting a house at Woodloch in the Poconos, with no food plan, and tubing is just one of the included activities.
eta- sorry, I just noticed you didn't want Woodloch. Definitely check out te different resort by Mountain Creek. There are a couple of them with different types of accommodations.

Woodloch would be okay if I can find a deal, because that was almost as much as rocking horse when I priced it. I saw your post about the house sharing. Might look into that!

Looks nice, but it's $599 a night plus tax and doesn't include anything. I guess everything is jacked up over Christmas break!

I was so shocked I had to see...I see $350/night for x-mas break...but like you say - with nothing.
I think we paid $250ish/night for Camp Omni in the summer - but tons of added extras.
