Nosey Neighbors
OH my god, Im going to kill my neighbor, He is the nosiest (sp) person. He is retired, so he has nothing to do all day long. When my DH gets him, He will tell him stupid things. Oh you must be kicking yourself for how much you paid for your house, Wow you have a lot of company what are they going to sleep on the floor, Wow your company gave you a company car, you must make a lot of money,So are your taxes high?, You know there is a laundromat around the corner and people talk walks and get ideas about breaking in, I dont know why the previous owners took away the garage to make it a living room , that was studid, Oh the list goes on that my DH is going to tell him off someday. I feel bad, he is harmless, just bored, but some of the things that come out of his mouth gets me so mad. Does anyone have a neighbor like this.

Re: Nosey Neighbors
Wow how rude! Is he old? Sometimes old people tend to say stuff like that... if that's the case I would just ignore it.

Re: Nosey Neighbors
Yeah I would say that he is in his 60s. Which I understand. But my DH has no patience for that. We know that he is harmless but he makes me have second thoughts about moving there, and only becuase of him.

Re: Nosey Neighbors
I used to have a neighbor like this. Unfortunately, the only thing I could do was yes the guy to death and seem like his questions were not very important to me. Tried keeping my answers to one word when talking to him!

Re: Nosey Neighbors
I have a totally nosy neighbor and he's fairly young (40s?) so I cant blame his on age. He comes over and endlessly talks and doesnt get the hints that the average person does - the above-mentioned one word replies. The most recent was me heading into my house with my daughter asleep on my shoulder and my son holding a Happy Meal. Normal people would see that one kid needs to be put in her crib and the other one's lunch is getting cold but not this guy. You almost have to be rude to get away from him.
