Not getting excited
DH is like jumping up and down. He's claiming that I have the same symptoms as last time. I don't think I do though, I have other stuff going on.
Yesterday and today I've had these sudden bouts of sadness, like not about anythnig though I just felt like I was about to cry.
Today I've been urinating like crazy and usually I drink water throughout the day and today I really haven't been and yet I keep running to the bathroom!
Last night I had that same weird nausea that I had when I was pg. It went away after I ate some saltines though.
The weird thing is that yesterday and today my nipples have been a little tender. Bordering on pain but not hurting really, just different than usual. DH claims that my nipples are dark and bigger
Yesterday and today I've been gassy (TMI, I know) and that's odd for me.
I keep telling him not to get excited because this is the first month after m/c and we're lucky if AF even comes on a regular schedule. BUT I told this man not to expect to conceive the 1st month trying and we did!
I guess I just don't want to read into "symptoms" and even if I am pg, I don't want to get excited and then have something happen again....is this normal?
Thanks for keeping me sane ladies!
for all!
EDA: I didn't mention that other than the nausea I didn't feel any of this the last two times, just bloating, nausea and vomiting with this last one and last time I had started having veins show in the girls.

Re: Not getting excited
They sound like all the signs!!! I hope your DH is right!!!!!
When is AF due??? When are you going to test.
I know what you mean about "it's hard to get excited..b/c of the fear it will happen again" Here I am Pregnant and still so worried! But we have to think about the end result and be positive. Hopefully soon we will all be posting on the parenting board about our babies!!!!!
Goodluck!!!

Re: Not getting excited
I've been pg 3x in my lifetime and I've never once tested positive from POAS so although I'll test I'm not going to get too excited. If I'm like a week late I'll go to my RE for a sono to tell. I'm due Christmas and AF is NOT a present I want. I don't look for signs but if they're there, they're there. My mom says that after a miscarriage I may have wacky symptoms associated with my cycle and not be PG which is another reason I don't want to get overexcited.
I think it's weird though that these are different symptoms??

Re: Not getting excited
You have all the same symptoms as I did when I got pregnant this time. Personally I just "felt" pregnant, it was weird. But I was going to the bathroom alot more, and I was a crazy emotional mess. I remember crying during a full house episode, and I'm *** is going on lol.
Hope this is it for you!!

Re: Not getting excited
Ohhh I forgot to update. After I was posting this I started making rice krispy treat houses for Christmas and I was soooo grossed out by the smell of the non-stick spray...who knew it ever had a smell before??? Not I!

Re: Not getting excited
yes, going through what we have, it does take away some of the joy of pregnancy. It's hard to get excited when now there's a fear that probably wasn't there the first time around. I know it's easier said than done, but try to stay positive. That's the only thing that gets me through. NOT thinking about what 'did' go wrong last time and what 'could' go wrong again, but rather enjoying what is and celebrating a new chance at it.
I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!

Re: Not getting excited
Good luck!!! Those symptoms sound promising but I can completely understand not wanting to get your hopes up. Hopefully you will have some good news by Christmas!!
