Not great news...UPDATE
So my transfer is scheduled for tomorrow. Dr. Brenner calls this afternoon and says that my PGD results came back. I had nine out of 12 that fertilized. Out of those nine, only ONE egg is viable for transfer. How could that be? I did elective PGD...all of the doctors told me I was wasting my money. No one expected this at all! I literally just turned 31.
He doesn't have anymore information yet. Tomorrow they will know exactly what happened to the others.
Did anyone transfer one and have it work? I really feel like this is a long shot now. Brenner said that there is still a very good chance that it could work because it is a fresh transfer. He also said that many people only transfer one (I doubt that!).
Any thoughts?
The good news is that the one embryo is a girl (I was hoping for a girl!).
UPDATE: So I had the transfer. The doctor who did it was not my usual doctor and he has a much more blunt style. I spoke to the embryologist about my PGD results and he said that he would recommend that we do it again in the future if this  doesn't take. However, the doctor disagreed but really could not provide a reason why. Both DH and I wondered whether it had to do with statistics. We are not putting back embryos which would eventually miscarry so they are not getting credit for those implantations. I am definitely leaning more toward the embryologist because he is the scientist.

I think your chances are very good!
Many people do SETs (single embryo transfers) - and since now you know that the embryo doesn't have any chromosomal abnormalities there's a great chance that it will work.
Imagine if you HADN'T done the PGD - you might have done transfer after transfer with BFNs until you got that one good GIRL in there!

One is all you need. Maybe this little girl is the girl you always wanted and just has all the HUTZPHA that you need to have your little miracle!

I totally get that it is a possibility that it works, but is it really likely that it will? I refuse to cry over this or get upset, but I can't help but feel disappointed!
I have been trying to find some stats on SET with PGD, but am coming up empty.

And you just made me try on my HS cheerleading uniform...which also has made my DH VERY happy! 
ETA: The skirt fits but the top.......not so much!

Either Way...you've made DH very happy...and my behind is still in shock that it fits in this skirt! Yes I am still wearing it...and probably won't take it off til Monday!
