Not happy with www.shoes.com
I have to say so far my experience with shoes.com is not leaving me impressed in the slightest. Normally, a zappos.com fan I decided to give them a try - two days and my order is still not shipped (zappos same day/night).
5-7 days for free shipping (zappos is overnight)
credits on returns in TWO billing cycles???? are you serious, i never understand this???? (zappos IMMEDIATELY upon return)

I like shoebuy.com the best.... and they always have coupon codes floating around too.

Never used them. Sorry  I always use Zappos or Endless. Endless gives overnight shipping and $5 off your order.

they definitely are a little slow. i purchased a pair of boots in novmeber (arrived in about 5 days), returned in december and haven't received a credit yet.
eta: zappos service is top notch so you really can't compare others to it.

They also don't have as good a selection as zappos. I used to always use shoes.com, but have but turning elsewhere as of late.

update - i received my cc bill yesterday and the credit was applied in early january. purchase was made in late november, returned in mid december.

zappos.com is the hands down best shoe website ever. i am very loyal to them.
i also like if you need to echange they immediately ship the replacement shoe - they dont make you send it back and wait until they receive it and process it to get your new shoe/size out.
