NOT into the holiday spirit
Maybe it is because i am moving soon and we can't put up any holiday decor or X-mas tree...
But i am just not feeling the holiday spirit this year. I feel like summer JUST ended...and POOF it is X-mas already...
WHERE DOES THE TIME GO?????

Can you maybe get a small desktop tree? That way its not a huge PITA and still brings some of the spirit in the house?

thats what we did last year when we had wedding stuff wall to wall in our place. We bought a cheapie little tree and decorated it with cheap ornaments and It still gave us a nice holiday feel!

Nope, not just you. It's hard for me to get into the holiday spirit too...has been for the last few years. This year is getting better though because of Jake.

Jenn, I'm with ya though.. I'm trying SO very hard to get into the holiday spirit, but this year is just one of those 'off' years for me I think.. I too dont know where the year went.. it seems like yesterday I was complianing how roasting hot and humid it was
But just think, this time next year you will be in a beautiful new home , you might have one of  or  on the way.. and the holidays will take on a whole new meaning

I also think there is SO much pressure to get into holiday mode NOW. And it's not even December yet. I flip-flop so much between being excited and NOT because I feel like it's shoved down our throats earlier and earlier. Give yourself some time!
