not looking good - update
maybe you ladies more experienced/ further along in pregnancy can help with a few questions I have...
I don't think I can last a week like this. It hasn't even been 12 hours and I'm a mess.
If I wait until friday (giving the baby four more days)...I'm thinking they should see growth. Is that correct ? I'm thinking within 4 days they should see growth/ heartbeat and be able to tell ?
And if nothing changes, than its the end. (The only reason they scheduled me for wednesday was because of the holidays.)
This way I can either havegood news and celebrate the holidays or have the procedure Friday and recover over the weekend.. As opposed to having to worry about this over the holidays or miscarrying on christmas eve/ day.
What do you think ?

I would demand to go on Friday. At least to ease you mind. This happened to me but everything turned out fine and I now have a 6 week old son!!

I'm sorry for what you are going through. I understand your fears, I had a MC at just under 9 weeks in February. It is so hard to go through.
I would call your OB and tell them you want to come in on Friday. After you get there and see the U/S you can decide with your OB and DH what the right next step is.
