Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth but...
my son has turned into a merchandising nightmare!!
My friend works for the company that does the licensing for all the big cartoons (Thomas and Friends, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Fifi and the Flower Tots, and more) and she KEEPS SENDING ME STUFF!!! In the last 3 weeks I have received 4 GIANT packages full of stuff, shirts, pajamas, jeans, socks, sunglasses, hats, stickers, dvd's...if you can put Thomas's face on it, she has sent it to me. Today she sent me a Thomas Suitcase, fleece blanket, belt, and hat!! AND THE STUFF KEEPS COMING!!
I know, I am super lucky to be getting all this stuff...BUT MY KID WON'T TAKE OFF HIS THOMAS PJ'S!! I had to take him for Sunday lunch IN HIS PAJAMAS!!

I'd put some of them away and take them out as a special treat when traveling, etc.
You're lucky to have a friend like that.
My SIL's college roomate is a big time media exec. My tween-age nieces have been on all sorts of behind-the-scenes tours, met celebs, etc. They are treated like rockstars when they go back to Wisconsin
