not parenting related...xmas card related
I ordered my xmas cards from winkflash on 12/5. As of today my order status is still "printing" (it has said that since 12/5). I have called (always busy), emailed several times and to no avail. What is my course of action now??? Do I attempt to return the cards if they come late (they have a 30 day money back guarantee) and order from costco like I originally planned?? I am so ticked off right now its unreal.

I had that problem last year. I really like Winkflash but they are awful this time of year. I had issues with them again and they take forever to answer emails.
I would probably get your cards at Costco and just refuse their order when it comes.

I agree. Also, Print them at CVS. I went there afterI waited too long for Qoop to do it. CVS did them in a hour and I had 60 made for $39.99. They came out pretty well for a last minute card. HTH

How do I refuse the order? Doesn't it come standard mail? The website says if you are completely satisfied you can return for a refund...I am so mad. I guess I can be dissatisfied if I get them AFTER xmas and they are xmas cards right????

They have a 100% garauntee. I got my cards & was not happy with them. I called & the lady said to return them it's not a problem.

I would cancel the order & order from Costco. I just picked up another batch of my second card (I have two versions) at Costco. They did a terrific job - done in one day & cheaper than most of the other places.

I had the same problem with them. It is unreal how hard it is to get in touch with them. I sent and e-mail canceling the order and told my credit card compay to refuse the charge. I went to Target. Winkflash wound up sending them and I got them yesterday. I am going to send them back and tell them I was not satisfied, that is if I can get through. Good luck.

I feel your pain! I waited a month for my cards from a stationary website but I ordered them in Nov. I would definitly return them when you get them and go to a place that you can have done in one day. If you have time I would print out labels for address' and return address and get stamps so all you have to do is stuff the envelope and you are done.

Thanks for the advice. I got my credit card statement today and winkflash charged my card the day I ordered!!! My status still says "printing" So I guess I will have to receive the order and return them when I get them.Guess I'll be going on Costco tonight!!!

Still nothing? I never would have recommended them if I had any idea that they would $uck so bad! It's too bad you have to go the Cosco route. The original cards were so nice.  Jennette just had a similar problem with her cards from ofoto and she cancelled her order and got them to refund her money and give her like 20 free prints or something. If you can ever get in touch with them you should see if they can compensate you in some way.

Thanks ladies! I just ordered from costco, of course there were only limited choices left now..beggars cant be choosers
I got another "auto reply" from winkflash. I will be calling my credit card company today too...

I had an issue with winkflash and the quality of their printing with a picture i had for my birth announcements. I spoke to them and they said send them back and they credited my credit card 100%.

Of course they were shipped TODAY, a few hours after I ordered from Costco I guess everyone will get 2 christmas cards...good thing they weren't expensive
