I became friends with a local mom on LI through a group on FB we had in common. She is working hard to open up a natural parenting shop in huntington station. There are a few hoops she must jump through as well and I'd really like to help her because I REALLY would like to see more mom and pop shops like this on long island. Especially when it comes to a place where people can learn about natural parenting and workshops etc.

She needs about 6 more votes. You have to register first and then wait a day or so for the registration to be approved which is why I think her votes are coming in sooo slowly. but I figured if anyone can help the ladies of LIF can.

yes. it may take time once your registration has been approved for it to count. If it doesn't work just check back in a day or so and it should work.
