Not sure where this belongs but - I figure this board is the closest - quesiton about in the window and wall AC/s and spraying -

Not sure where this belongs but - I figure this board is the closest - quesiton about in the window and wall AC/s and spraying -
Do the AC's take in the air from the outside or inside? I.e. can I use during spraying or no? TIA!

I'm reading the bulletin and all it says is to circulate AC's to take inside air if there is a choice. It says to turn off window fans.
Maybe I'm wrong but don't a lot of AC's just cool the air from inside and just exhaust out the back?

I'm not sure, but when we had an exterminator here last month he told me to turn off the AC while he was spraying near it. I assumed it was so the fumes wouldn't come in the house.

Ok so I just called the hotline. They said you don't have to turn it off if you have a newer AC - they all draw from the inside - only the older ones draw from the outside. They said if it doesn't give you the option it draws from the inside.
I'm just not sure what to do - with the windows closed and no AC it is a SAUNA in here and I am worried about my 6mo old sleeping tonight!
