A Mineola judge has granted "Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWOWW" Farley of Franklin Square an injunction that prohibits an ex-boyfriend from distributing racy shots of her, saying the issue is for an arbitrator to decide.
In a decision handed down Tuesday and made public Wednesday, Judge Jeffrey S. Brown of New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County enjoined Tom Lippolis and his company, Woww Resources Inc., from selling or otherwise disseminating "numerous nude and/or partially nude digital images and videos of her" taken in February 2010.
The issue is part of a larger breach-of-contract lawsuit that Lippolis filed against "Jennie L. Farley," with an "e," and Jenni Farley Llc, without the "e."
Lippolis argued that Farley "was always a willing participant and always gave consent," although the court noted he gave no documentation of this. The court also said, "He intimates that her actions are ironic considering she allegedly expressed her desires to pose naked in Playboy and expressed her sexual preferences and desires in a book soon to be released."
The court was not persuaded and granted Farley an injunction, while Lippolis' lawsuit continues to arbitration. Brown based his decision on state Civil Rights Law Sections 50 and 51, which bar "commercial misappropriation of a person's name or likeness" and authorizes "civil action for injunctive relief and damages."
Lippolis and a representative for Farley did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
But Lippolis earlier this month told Newsday: "I never tried marketing these pictures; she just knew I have them. My defense is that it's my property - I can do whatever I want with it. It's like somebody saying, 'I don't like that car you have, so give it to me.' This is just her retaliation for me filing to get the money she owes me ."

If she choses to pose for Playboy that's totally different then someone else putting up her pics on the internet or selling them without her consent.

I wouldn't doubt it, but two wrongs don't make a right. It's better to let it go rather than try and profit off her 5 minutes.

Seriously though... the girl peed on the floor of a bar on the last episode.... since she couldn't be bothered walking down the stairs in her heels ( take them off maybe???) and I doubt there was toilet paper to wipe with 
The girl is trash........ I don't feel bad for her for a second.

Even if this is true, its still not right. Besides, what kind of POS leaves 2 dogs in a house with no airconditioning leaving them to die?

stole her watch
and left her dogs in a house with no A/C in the summer

You are right, total **** move. However, he was threatening her dogs for sometime (she said it on the afterparty). She could have paid someone to watch them or took the dogs to a friends/family members house. If they meant that much to her, she wouldn't have left them with such a jerk.

Noone deserves to get anything stolen from them no matter how "trashy" they are and no dogs deserved to be abused for a humans fault.
Anywho...I can guarantee in the end it will turn out like the rest of the celebs who had a retarded ex. The lawsuit will be dropped and an agreement will be made that the photos will be sold and she will get some of the profit the ex makes off the sale. Similar to Kendra and her sex tape situation
