I am a notary - if you call your local commerce bank there is usually one at each branch and its free.
or you can go to town hall

It is dumb... Well since you are notarizing something you can charge... HEY GUESS WHAT if its notarized and shouldn't be im screwed 2 bucks isn't gonna help me
