Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
The past 2 days I've been a crying emotional wreck. Have any of you gone through this in early pregnancy? I've been crying over nothing really - just being a crankypants. DH has been really supportive and I'm happy to have him be there.
Also, what do I do about my clothes that don't fit?! I have to wear nice clothes to work and nothing fits anymore. I'm only 8 weeks! I'm not in the maternity clothes stage yet so what to do?

I feel the same way .. It's normal... I'm 9 weeks and nothing fits me either... I have bought some marternity pants in Kohl's they had some great deals, and you can try Ny & co for pants with a elastic waist band... Check out those places maybe you can find something that fits...

Re: Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
I"m 10 1/2 weeks and completely understand. I'm small and it's all in my belly (even if much of it is bloat or not) and chest. My regular clothes always fit me just right and I only own 2 or 3 things in larger sizes. I bought some maternity pants from the Gap and love them! They don't have the full panel, just the demi panel, but they aren't too big in the rear or crotch. IMHO, if I'm going to buy them, I might as well get as much use out of them as possible and why should I be uncomfortable. I tried the bella band, and that was OK for a bit, but I am always bending, sitting, and getting up at work. It rode up on me big time.

Re: Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
I know exactly what you are going through. I felt like that around 14 - 16 weeks. I was freaking uncomfortable in my clothes.
What helped me was getting maternity clothes, I felt comfortable and I felt like I looked better.

Re: Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
I remember nothing fit me around 10 weeks except my loosest clothing. I think that was when I bought some maternity pants. They were kind of loose for awhile, but you can also use a bella band to hold them in place.
I'm sorry you are upset now I remember feeling miserable around that time, and feeling sort of guilty for it since we had tried to have a baby for a long time and I kept thinking I should be happy. Around 14 weeks my mood improved (though I've kept having emotional spurts throughout the pregnancy), and a few weeks after that I started to actually look pregnant instead of chubby, so I felt better. Hang in there--this will pass!

Re: Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
I was really emotional my first trimester. I would cry in a matter of a second about anything. I was getting nervous because I felt like I was never happy but thankfully that went away and now I cant be any happier.
This may sound kinda ghetto but if you use a rubber band and put it through the loop of your pants it may give you a little more room. It has worked for me.

Re: Nothing fits, miserable and I'm cranky
I'm 14 weeks and just started gaining weight recently. At work today my pants felt tight and a little uncomfortable. I have a feeling by next week, I'll be wearing a Bella Band. I tried it on and it felt great! Another pound or two and I'll be in that thing 'round the clock!
