November/December Moms - what do you have on your to-do list?

We still have to:

put together crib
order and put together dresser
install carseat (my mom is getting this for us!)
Find and put together bookshelf
buy some more nursery necessities (diapers, wipes, sheets, etc.) and decor
Have a baby =)

What else am I missing?

-Put together hospital bag
-Get diaper bag stocked and ready
-Install infant seat, but we will probably wait until right before we go to the hospital to do that.
-My shower is sometime in November, so after that I will need to buy essentials that I didn't get

EVERYTHING, seriously, we started painting the room and have to just do the trim work and then we can order the carpet and then we can put together the furniture and then I can start buying all the little neccesities I need.

im due 11/6, so I don't have much time left.

nursery is all done, picked a pedicatrician, starting hospital bag. haven't washed clothes yet.

I had my shower last weekend, so I have diapers, wipes, etc.

carseat is still in the box. mom is coming over next week to make meatballs, lasagna, etc to freeze.

bassinet & PNP are still in the box too. DH will probably put those together when I am in the hospital, lol. (hospital is 5 mins away)

due 11/26

-first and foremost, we are closing on our house on October 21st! so we need to move!
-once we move, we will paint the baby's room and set up all his furniture (we have the furniture, thanks to mom!)
-I haven't had my shower yet although I believe it's going to be in the next 2-3 weeks!
-After the shower, we will figure out what we will still need to get for the baby!
-Instead of going to a lamaze class, we are going to buy a DVD to teach us to save us some money!
-We need to find a pediatrician
-Pack the hospital bag (but I figure I won't do this until I'm about 35 weeks)

Basically everything!

My c-section is a month from today. We seriously haven't done anything! Have to put together crib, bassinet, dig the baby clothes out of the attic...um, pretty much everything!

we're keeping the nursery as the nursery (DD#1 is still sleeping in there) so all the baby stuff is technically set up, but we need to get DD#1's big girl room set up so that we could move all of her clothes in there and unpack all of DD#2's clothes in the nursery.

So basically, we need to :
-move the guest room to the spare bedroom and set that up (that's my sister/live-in nanny's room, so we it has to be set up)
- do some touch up painting in the guest room (DD#1's new room)
-order the furniture for DD#1's new room and set it up, so we can move her clothes and stuff in there (eventhough she'll still be sleeping in the nursery for a few more months- she's only 13 months old)

DD#2 will be sleeping in our room in the bassinnet for a few months- that'll only take 2 minutes to do.

- pick up diapers for the second kid- forgot about that until today

- pack hospital bag

- get the baby clothes out, unpacked, wash them

- try to remember other NB stuff that i need to have/prepare for. It hasn't been long at all, yet i can't remember any of the stuff that i'm supposed to have/have done. Poor DD#2

Pick a name! (We're between two options and stuck)

i'm due 12/30 and my shower is 11/7....so we still have plenty to do, or shall i say, hoping to GET so we can put it all together! We painted the nursery this weekend. My furniture is in, so today I have to call and schedule delivery. Glider should be in in a few weeks. Hoping to get lots of goodies at the shower (carseat) so we can install. Wash all the clothes.....I mean, we still have a lot to do but I suppose it hangs on what I get, and what we still need to buy. And of course then put together hospital bag!

Less than a month here, and I am just waiting on 2 decor items for the nursery and I am putting the clothes away today and I am done!

Oye.. I haven't even started to think about this. I still feel like I have all the time in the world, but LO is coming if I'm ready or not!!

- Buy things for and pack hospital bag.
- Hospital tour and take classes
- Buy necessities after my shower (Oct 24th - Yes, I caved and wanted to find out! lol)
- Finish up the nursery
- Decide on a pediatrician
- Have a baby!

I'm sure there's a ton more that I'm forgetting!

I pretty much have everything to do but paint the nursery! lol

I have been waiting till after my showers to buy any essentials.
Nursery furniture should be coming in like 2 weeks.

Still so much to do! I'll probably go into panic mode come November..lol

All I have done so far is paint the nursery. The furniture is coming this week but we wont set it up until after the shower. I was thinking after that, I would wash all the clothes and put them away and buy whatever I need but didnt get at the shower. I have a child birth class on 10/16. I probably wont pack a hospital bag until the first week in Dec.

Next up for me are drapes and accessories for the nursery.

EVERYTHING...I haven't done anything....between student teaching, my other classes, and a 18 month old running around....I am finding it difficult to find the time to even create a "to-do" list...

I still have EVERYTHING to do! I've been getting the boys ready with their room and clothes, etc. and I haven't really done anything for the baby yet. She's coming 11/26 so I still have some time, but I need to get a move on. Everytime I "plan" on doing anything, even a list, I get side tracked or overwhelmed with everything else that has to get done right now. Hopefully soon it will. With working FT, 2 kids, running around w/T-ball, Religion classes, Cub scouts, etc. I'm so tired and fall asleep whenever I get the time.
