i've seen something like this done with meatloaf before.
interesting idea... who knows, i might try it for all the kids when they're here for chrismas break... throw them off a bit

ita. That is like a meatloaf sunday served in a desert bowl with gravy to look like caramel sauce. Some things just shouldn't be and this is on of them imho

my tummy churned lol
puff pastry cut in squares, shredd the meat lightly, throw in some brie cheese.. fold into triangle, and brush the top with some egg wash..
bake until golden  its yummy.. made it last year..
