NPR. Any good restaurants in Suffolk for V-day
So this is our last V'day with just the two of us and we would like to go to a restaurant. We will be going tonight instead of tomorrow as it will be last crowded and less expensive. Since this is our last outing (38 weeks preggo) I wanted to go someplace nice. Does anyone have any suggestions? I live in Holbrook.

We're going to Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip (LOVE it there!), but there's also Teller's in Islip and 21 Main in Sayville...

We are going to Paces in Hauppauge.
Other favorite places are Oscars (St. James) and Bliss (Setauket).

I like the melting pot - only b.c it is a slow meal - they don't rush you and you can have a relaxing meal - and usually the booths are pretty private- but I'm not sure if you will get a reservation this late
