i agree... I really enjoy Jodi Picoult's books. I liked Harvesting the Heart the best so far, but i still have several more to read!

Have you read The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns yet?
MUST reads
I also like The Lovely Bones
If you want something quick and a little trashy yet suspenseful, read The Quickie by James Patterson.
LOVED that one.
There is a book that is pretty old but that I read and re-read all the time- Not Without my Daughter. (It was a movie with Sally Field years back) The book was awesome!

If you like SATC, I just read The Carrie Diaries. It's definitely geared toward a younger audience, but I thought it was cute. It was a quick read.

Oooo! I just saw this book! And I was tempted to get it but I had a ton of pregnancy books in my hand. Once I'm done with them I need to get the Carrie Diaries.
Weird... but I couldnt stop stouching the cover to that book. It felt nice... and I have no idea what it was

I second Jodi Picoult. She just came out with a new one, "House Rules".
I like Emily Giffin's books too. She also just released a book "Heart of the Matter" which I ju7st picked up. I liked her first two the best: Something Borrowed (which they're making into a movie) and Something Blue. Not a fan of Baby Proof.

Anything by Philipa Gregory. My favorites are "The Queens Fool" and "The Other Boelyn Girl." The book was MUCH better than the movie!

I'm a big fan of Jodi picolt and LOVED the lovely bones- Alice Sebold (the books is MUCH MUCH better than the movie)
Personally...I LOVE Jennifer Lancaster...she is hysterical and very sarcastic to the point where I am laughing out loud while reading her books. The titles are
Bitter is the new black
Bright lights big ***
Such a pretty fat
Pretty in Plaid
My fair Lazy- just came out about 2 weeks ago....I haven't read it yet because i'm supposed to be studying...so I will be starting it as soon as my final is done!! GOOD LUCK
I also like Fire fly lane by kristin Hannah...easy light reading
