NPR: carpeting
I know this may sound odd but i grew up with NO carpeting anywhere. I'm now in an apt. that has berber? carpeting on the stairs only in the hallway. I usually carpetfresh and vacuum it etc... unfortunately, my DH refuses to wipe his wet feet on the doormat and there are now muddy footprints on it. What can i use to wash the rug??? I'd rather not hire someone to come in and shampoo it?? Thanks for your help

Re: NPR: carpeting
You can try the oxyclean spray stuff too - that seems to work pretty well....
But Berber carpet can be really difficult to get stains out of....good luck!
