NPR: Do you think this is weird (another photo related post lol)
One of the pictures from my maternity session with Sandra is soooo beautiful! I really want to get it blown up into a huge canvas and hang it over my bed. BUT, I'm in my bra and underwear.
When we have company over, people dont usually go in our room. Unless it is a bigger event and we need a place for coats and pocketbooks.
Would you feel weird if you went into a BR at someone elses house and saw something like this? I purposely got the high-res. file of this one image for this reason, but I never got around to ordering it.
ETA: I am normally not someone that even likes having my pic taken. And I only have one picture of myself displayed in our house - a family pic! But I really love this photo!

It's your bedroom not the front foyer!
My SIL has one of her maternity pics blown up and in her bedroom, she has on just a white men's shirt open and panties.
It is beautiful.
And, you looked GORGEOUS in those pics!

honestly, I might be a little weirded out though I really don't even know why, but I am a huge prude . As a photographer my husband and I take these photos and I find them beautiful. Talk about contradictory But If I saw a family member or friend like that I would probably be a tad uncomfy. But its your house and your room, do what makes your happy!
ETA: You look great! If I looked like that I wouldn't be embarrassed to show it off either I could see that making some male house guests uncomfy or making their wives jealous too

This is a VERY intimate pic in my opinion (not just because you are in underwear) but VERY tastefully done.
This is your bedroom.
Honestly, I might feel "uncomfortable" going to someone's house and put my coat in a bedroom with this pic unless you were my sister/cousin/ etc... I would feel I went to a room that I was not supposed to go in.
None the less this is a gorgeous pic. I say hang it. But not have strangers come in your bedroom.

I say hang it then! This IS a gorgeous pic. Covering it might be a solution when you have company.

I think you look beautiful, but this is just me...If I had a pic like this I would hang it in my room, but I would put other pics around it in frames. I just wouldnt feel comfortable putting it above my bed as a focal point, KWIM? But if I were to go to someone elses house and saw it, I think it would be fine. Like another poster said, its an intimate photo in your bedroom.

I missed the picture, but I say NO, don't do it! Get a 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 for the dresser instead.

I loved it! I think you look beautiful. I would be proud to show that off. It's an amazing time in a woman's life and why not be proud. It's not like you are selling tickets for people to come see it, it's in your bedroom LOL.
I say do it! Get an awesome frame for it too.

I wouldn't do it! I'm sure it is a beautiful picture, but not blown up that big and hung over the bed.
Maybe a smaller size pic in a frame would be better.

Our bedroom is upstairs so no one would really be going in there but we have two 16 x 20's up from my pinup photo shoot. I would do it only because you should be proud that you look that awesome and your husband would probably love looking at it I guess if people were constantly going in there it might be weird but it's not any different then you in a bathing suit right? That's how I look at mine...it's not like my boobs or butt were showing so what would be different then being at the beach and being seen?

I don't know which exact pic your talking about... but I did see all of them, and I would say HELL YEAH! Go for it!! It's YOUR bedroom...isn't it?? And as you said, you can always cover it or even take it down if you know you'll be having people come over to put their coats and bags on your bed.
