NPR-how can a I fix a picture
I have a picture that I want to either blur out or remove some things in the background. I just started using Google Picasa. Can I do this with that program? If so, how? TIA!

I'm not familar with Picasa, but it can be done in photoshop.

I'm not sure if I have photoshop, but I think I do. How do I do that in photoshop then =)?
