NPR: long-lasting, great coverage concealer

Does it exist?

Everything I've tried always looks awesome for about an hour, then seems to disappear :( please help!!!!!

If you want to splurge a little, okay a lot, try Cle de peau concealer (it's $70 ). It's one that so many makeup artist swear by. It's creamy and doesn't settle into fine lines.
Laura Mercier also has great concealers. I love Secret Camouflage. It's a little more affordable. It's a palette with two different shades so you can blend to create the best shade for you.

In my opinion, concealer is just one of those things that will require some touchup throughout the day (but you're right, a good one shouldn't disappear only after an hour). The "long-wearing" ones tend to be dry and cakey.

You can always try adding an eye primer underneath to give it something to cling to.

i get bad acne and i need an excellent concealer to stay put all during my 10 hour work day.

Laura Mercier Secret Concealer. I have bad dark circles under my eyes for as long as I can remember. Throughout my life I've tried every concealer under the sun and nothing covers well and stays on all day. This stuff is the best I've ever used. It lasts most of the day (if I apply in the morning it lasts until around 4 or 5pm and then I have to dab a little more on to freshen up the coverage).

I use the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage concealer too. It is the best one I have ever tried. Sometimes I blend it with a little moisturizer because it can be a little dry.
