NPR: slow cooker recipes that use jarred tomato sauce
Anyone have any good ones? TIA!
(I have a ton of sauce I need to use before it goes bad).

this is just something I throw together so there are no measurements
-any kind of chicken- boneless or bone-in (I like bone-in chicken thighs better- they tend not to get dry)
-a jar of tomato sauce or can of crushed tomatoes
-white wine (1/2-1 cup depending on how much chcken
-whatever veggies are around
-your favorite herbs- I use an italian seasoning blend that has basil, garlic and oregano in it
cook on low for about 4-6 hours (the longer the beter
