April 3-Memorial Day: $6 weekends only, 8AM-4PM. Memorial Day-Labor Day: $8 daily, 8AM-4PM. Free during the rest of the year

No...this isn't Heckscher State Park - it's Heckscher Park in Huntington.
There is no fee.

Oh ok. glad I confirmed. MIL would be sending me to the wrong place. I tried to bring up directions from Nesconset but it sent me to Virginia
