My new RE office called to inform me that they are still missing important tests that they requested. I called NSUH to speak with medical records and the lady said they sent over the entire file (LIE #1). I explained that my DH's blood work is missing, as well my embryology report. The medical records lady then tried to say that when the send my file they send everything (LIE #2), and it was faxed (LIE #3). They FedEx the envelope and they sent duplicate copies of the same papers! WTH! Best decision I've made was to switch RE's.

I am sorry, not surprised, but sorry! Totally sux to have the added stress of incompetent staff when you have enough on your plate. Hope you have success quickly at your new RE!
