You have to call yourself to set it up. Here is the number (516) 562-4423.
To me it was worth it. Also you have to pre-register with NSUH by the 28th week so if you havent received the paperwork yet, I would ask your doctor about it.

Thanks for that post! I have to call up and schedule it as well. That was so helpful - the question and the telephone number!
Do you think I have to pre-register if I had my ultrascreen and level II there already. My doctor hasn't mentioned anything.
(sorry - hope I am not hijacking the post)

I had my ultrascreen and level II there also and I thought they had all my information too, turns out they didnt. You have to fill out separate paperwork and send it to the admissions office.
I would ask your doctor about it at your next visit.
