Nuclear study stress test??

Has anyone had this test? I had a recent stress echocardiogram test but the results were unclear because my echo was very grainy and they couldn't see the blood flow so I had to do the nuclear study stress test, the inject a radioactive dye into you so they can see your heart. Anyway my test was normal and everything was clear. But about 4-5 hours after the test I got a terrible migraine with nausea vomiting etc. I couldn't contact the dr. Because they were closed by the time I started not feeling well. I was wondering if this is a common side effect, or maybe its a coincident they I got a migraine..

I had this test. No migraine. I did regret letting my doc order it because afterward I felt it had been unnecessary. I think he just wanted to charge up my ins bill, meanwhile I was injected with that radioactive junk.

Omg, my husband said the same exact thing! I never thought I had a heart problem but my reg dr. Referred me because my pulse was too fast and she thought I had tachicardia even though she knew I have anxiety!! But because of my anxiety I felt I need to do the test because I was stressing that maybe something was really wrong with me!!

How about getting a a second op from a cardiologist?
