Numb hands (well really just my right hand)
Any recommendations on how to get feeling back in my fingers? It has been 2 days and it is painful. I am typing with my fingernails right now since I lose more feeling when I use my fingers.
It alternates between numbness and throbbing and my midwife said it is pg induced carpal tunnel
I can't last a few more weeks like this (I don't think I can last a few more days, honestly). I can barely brush my hair and take care of myself since it is my dominant hand.

I know, I just feel useless. I almost had DH shave my legs for me and wash my hair. It was so difficult.

In the beggining I was able to kinda shake it out but now that doesn't work. Hopefully everything will return back to normal soon and you won't have to get used to it like I have.

I ha the same thing....it is from the swelling. I tried those braces and it didnt help. I know mine was so painful I could only write 1 thank you card a day from my baby shower.
Sleeping was even worse when I lay on my side, so I slept on the couch all propped up for my last month of my pregnancy

yes, mine did immediately, but have heard it can last up to 2 weeks pp

Mine's bad too and I'm only 20 weeks  I'm going to see a homeopathic acupuncturist on Tues for relief... I can't wait!
