Nunley's Carousel Birthday Party
Can anyone give me some feedback? If you've had or gone to a birthday party there, what did you think? Did the kids seem to enjoy it?
DD is turning 4 and LOVES carousels. This seems like it would be the perfect place for her party. We have never been there so I don't know what to expect.
Also, if you had a party there can you tell me how much it was and what's included? I saw they have an Alice in Wonderland party so that's what I'd been interested in.

Re: Nunley's Carousel Birthday Party
Yes!! We are doing DD#1's 4th birthday party there. The Alice in Wonderland party in fact. DD loves their carousel and she loves Alice so I went ahead and booked it a few weeks back (for June)- they said it was the only Sat private party they had left that month.
Since booking it - I have had at least 10 people tell me that they have been to both Alice and Rough Rider parties there and they were really great and they loved it! So now I'm really excited.
There is a choice to have it private (10-12) or while they are open (I think the price was only $25 difference).
The Alice party - they said they do a craft, they play croquet outside if it is nice (or pin the tail if it isn't), Alice reads a story, and you get carousel time and pizza and drinks. I like that the price was for 25 children.

Thanks Christine!! The party sounds so cute. Do you mind me asking how much it is? DD's birthday is in April so who knows if they even have anything available...I'm a little late in the planning.

Re: Nunley's Carousel Birthday Party
$400 for the Alice party (includes 25 kids) and I think $300 for the basic party. I didn't ask about the other party b.c it was more for boys.
It doesn't include cake - but I figure you can get one from say BJs for what about $20?

Re: Nunley's Carousel Birthday Party
Just went to one with DD yesterday for a 4 yr old girl. it was the Alice in Wonderland themed one-SO adorable! loved it. very unique venue, loved the carousel. the place was so pretty, clean, well organized etc. my friend did some cute stuff in addition to the theme-she had these clear mugs on the table with little tags that said "Drink Me" then made these sweet cupcakes that said "Eat Me"- the party favors were these tiny little gift boxes that said "Take Me" and inside attached to a polka dot ribbon was a brass ring from the carousel. my DD LOVED this! my only "complaint"? is that the hostess dressed like Alice was really unenthusiastic i mean for that kind of job you'd expect more i think? she just kind of looked bored lol the other helpers were so nice though!

Re: Nunley's Carousel Birthday Party
I went to a party there last year. It was carousel themed. The kids got to ride as much as they wanted. They had a craft, bagels, pizza. It was a lot of fun, clean, well organized. I liked!!

How many times do the kids get to ride the carousel for that party?

I was told by parents they got several rides. They told me it was 30 mins of riding.
