Nurses hated Christina Aguilera; Loved Nicole Richie
Christina Aguilera may be getting more dough for the sale of her son’s first baby photos, but it’s official, Nicole Richie is highly-favored over her fellow new mom by the staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Both twentysomethings delivered baby bundles at the Los Angeles-area hospital within twenty-four hours of one another, and while Nicole was humble and witty with hospital patients and staff, Xtina is described as a tiny tyrant. “The nurses were happy to see her go!”
“Nicole was a big hit with the nurses and the other women giving birth. She bought six other mothers having babies the same day ‘push gifts,’ including gift certificates to Target, teddy bears, balloons and a card wishing them luck. She also had all of the nurses in stitches with her wry humor.”

Oh well.. she did just have a watermelon come out of a hole the size of a lemon... not everyone can be sweet during that.

Can't these people in the hospitals shut up? Or can the papparazzi stop paying them for this ish?

I agree. And who knows, maybe every nurse in the place was at her just so they could say they saw her.
How sweet of Nicole to give gifts to the other mommies though. It seems like she has matured a lot in the past year or so.

Nicole Richie is a known attention whore. Christina was probably just behaving normally and reserved...she was not their to entertain, she was there to have a baby.
But I'm biased because I like Christina!

I can kinda beleive this story-Xtina has a bitchy side thats I've heard about before-she can be sweet too though. Nicole Richie though an attention junkie like Paris has a sweetness to her. Bitchieness allowed during delivery but after there is no excuse IMO.

Not sure about XTina but I read that Nicole had a vaginal delivery.
Oh really? God, it seems like the reports are always so wrong lately!! Everything that comes out later comes out to be untrue or incorrect  I heard, from a few different places - on the radio and in mags, that they both requested C-Sections -- that, if you have money, you can do that and the reason they wanted this was to avoid giving birth and make it so they didn't get "stretched out" down there  I'm like stretched out??

You can request it if you want, and I mean ANYBODY can request it, but it's up to the doctors to decide if it's best for mom and baby. It doesn't come down to how much  they have and if a doctor is doing this as to prevent "stretching" that is horrible and they should be in some big trouble.

I agree!! Give the girls a break. I don't plan on being sweet when I go to push something ginormous out of me.

I always wonder how true any of this can be. I can't believe that either of these women were hospitalized without a private duty nurse, and if so how much contact could the floor nurse's really have had with them??

ITA! I was just about to say the same thing. You're telling me that their hospital which i sin the middle of celebrity central puts everyone on the same floor with the same nurses while here on LI JLO gets her own private floor? Doesn't sound right to me.

my sil's sil requested to have a C-section b/c she didnt want to be in labor, her first child she was in labor for a long time and she didnt want to again.. I much rather have a vaginal birth than a C-section .. thats major surgery.. Jmo
