I discovered that some of my spandex exercise pants still fit even now... so they're coming to the hospital with me...
I bought 1 PJ with a matching robe at motherhood... I also recently placed and order there for 2 tanks and 2 bras (in SMLXL sizing) for the hospital and first few weeks when my boobs are still changing.
