ANyone do this diet? Does it work? I am planning on starting it as soon as work starts again in September.

My sister is on N/S -- she likes the food for the most part and has lost weight.

I'm on NS and so far so good - I've dropped 8 pounds in 2 weeks. The food is okay - some is better than others. The good part about it that I really don't have to think about cooking - I just have to cook up some veggies and have them with dinner.
Let me know how it goes for you.
Good supportive boards on nutrisystem.com once you get on the program.
