I tried it TWICE but just could not stomach the food after a few days.

I heard that once you go off of it you gain all the weight back, once you ose yout 10 lbs go onto WW, if not, I hea rit is hrd to "maintain"

I did it twice and Danielle did it once. The food made both of us sick. The second time around I ordered food I liked the first time, But NS changed the recipes and they were gross. The foos made me sick just like the first time
