Not me, but one of my FB friends is always raving about it & she lost 30 pounds since starting it in the summer.

I joined in August and have been far from perfect on it, but I've lost about 20 pounds! I really enjoy it because it's easy and it gives me the portion control I really need. And I know I can take a day off here or there when I need to (Thanksgiving) and it won't kill the diet, and it'll be easy to get back on track.
The food isn't bad....it's not gourmet...but it's not terrible!
