NYC - Things to do with little one's?
We are actually coming up to NY/LI next weekend for the first time in over 5 years. For one of the days that we're up there we were thinking of going into the city. I'm not sure if I'm that daring yet, but would really like to take them. What is there that we can do with them? We haven't been in the city for years and years and we just don't remember what we can do? Last time we were there we were dating! LOL! Thanks!
Or, if you honestly think it's a bad idea all together, please let me know!
They're almost 6 and 3. Thanks!

Toys R Us, its so fun, they even have an indoor Ferris Wheel. Also, Battery Park has great playgrounds and some fun sprinklers and its right on the water and usually not crowded.

I think I know why you're losing it. I just thought the same thing.
I'm going through the old pages & answering the 0 replies & found this.

I really like the Central Park Zoo. But my DS is two, so your DC may be a little bored. BUT it is very inexpensive, and you are in the park.
Times Square is fine.
Googe TimeOut NY kids, they usually have good ideas

take a cheap ride on SI ferry and see Statue of Liberty.
We always go to central park. Last time we rented a row boat.
Went to Natural History Museum, saw the dinosaurs.
